Pre-Order Items
Our Founders Club and first-drop products are produced in limited quantities and may be sold via pre-order. Estimated shipping dates are provided at checkout and in your confirmation email. While we work hard to meet these dates, occasional production or shipping delays may occur. If this happens, we’ll keep you updated by email.

Returns

30 Rounds Guarantee - SENTE Performance Polo

Your SENTE Performance Polo is covered by our 30 Rounds Guarantee.
That means you can wear it on the course, not just try it on.

If within 30 rounds of golf or 6 months (which ever comes first) you’re not completely satisfied with its performance, fit, or feel, you can return it for a full refund or exchange - no questions asked.
Simply contact our team at contact@sentegolf.com with your order details, and we’ll handle the rest.

Standard Returns

For all other items (including hats, socks, tees, and accessories), you can return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll resolve the issue quickly.

How to Return

Email contact@sentegolf.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll send you instructions and a returns form.

Package your item securely and send it back to the address provided.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a different size or colour, we recommend emailing us first to confirm availability. Exchanges will be shipped once the original item has been returned and inspected.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
